Our winter training program for ages 10-14 is similar to our Silver Tennis program, but the conditioning is more intense and the drills are more advanced. While the emphasis is on fun and developing a love for this lifelong sport, coaches introduce more difficult shots such as serves and drop shots. Session 1 dates are November 13, 20 & 27 and December 4, 11 & 18 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Civic Center. This is a great way for children who love tennis to avoid winter rust while having a blast.
