Rush the Net: Registration Now Open for Spring and Summer Clinics & Camps!

Welcome to Will2Win Athletics, a premier provider of recreational camps, clinics and instructional/educational programs in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Our progams are action-packed, affordable and fun for children of all ages! (We even have tennis and running programs for adults!) Many of our students return season after season. Nothing is more gratifying than seeing returning students improve their games, or having their younger siblings join us for the first time. Whether it's a multi-sports clinic in the Winter, a tennis clinic in the Spring, or a week-long camp in the Summer, we look forward to having you join us in 2010.

W2W Tennis School and W2W Sports School News

W2W News
After a cold and snowy Saturday, things heated up inside the Spring Valley YMCA on Sunday. There were numerous outstanding efforts and performances during the four clinics. A few of the highlights were Dylan Eliasson, a first-grader at Schuylkill Elementary School, hitting a number of difficult forehands and backhands on the run to win the Tennis Word Challenge, a drill in which students earn letters to spell tennis-related words by hitting progressively more difficult shots. Dylan, 7, was playing up in age for the first time and did a wonderful job. Dylan is taking lessons for the first time and is an example of how quickly young athletes can learn tennis skills. In the 11-to-14 group, Tori Forman and Lauren Young both spent a lot of time on the Queen side of the court thanks to consistent groundstrokes. Lauren is a fifth-grader at Spring-Ford Intermediate School; Tori is playing up a level against older players and continues to progress nicely. Nice job, girls! All Saturday classes in Phoenixville were cancelled on February 6 because of the storm. Classes will be made up on the Saturday after the session was scheduled to end. Dylan Endlich (pictured), 14, of Pottstown, a student at the W2W Tennis School in Phoenixville, is completing a school paper on physics in tennis. We will share some of his findings in the near future.
Athlete of the Week
Alice You, 4, of Audubon, has been named Will2Win Tennis School's Athlete of the Week for the week ending February 7, 2010. Alice, who attends kindergarten at Audubon Elementary School, has been coming to our clinics twice a week -- at the Civic Center in Phoenixville and Spring Valley YMCA in Limerick -- since the fall. She is very consistent hitting backhands, volleys and overheads. She continues to work on making her forehand more consistent. One of Alice's best attributes is her focus in class and desire to learn. Alice's favorite part of kindergarten is coloring. Her favorite part of tennis is her backhand and hoping one day to be able to play against her cousins, who are young, accomplished tennis players. Congratulations, Alice!
